It should be either 1A or 500mAh. I'm guessing that the unit decides this by a trip connected to the clamp, like it is on the Xtar MC1 - longer batteries get the full amp, whilst shorter ones receive half. Have you tried it with different USB adaptors, and are you judging the output by something the screen tells you, or via an inline USB volt/amp meter?

He hecho la cuenta la vieja, pa tí pa mí

I put a Panasonic 18650PF (2900 mAh) with a value of 3.65 volts, the charger was 41% and took nearly two hours to reach 100%

Another test with Samsung 25r

I put it in the charger 50% (3,7 v), it took 90 minutes to reach 100%

100% = 2500mAh

1250 ------------- 90min

x ------------------ 60min

x= (1250x60)/90 =833,3 mAh

I got the Authentic Nitcore UM20, its a fast charge but it depends on you use charger if it is a (Output .5a, or a Output 2.1a), the higher the amp the fastest it charge, but I'm not sure what is the max input amps for the charger.
