I'm in Canada and PP wouldn't allow me to buy these and all other payment methods were greyed out but on the same order I got Kanger heads no problem.

Tip : Convert Paypal/$$$ in GC and pay "forbidden by Paypal" products

1. make a first (fake) order with something else you can pay with paypal.
- Order have to be more important than your final order with the forbidden product

2. Pay with Paypal.

3. Cancel your shipment and ask for a "gift certificate" refund.

4. Prepare the real order including the forbidden product
- Re-read 1.

5. Pay with your the gift certificate

6. Success : "you're a Paypal Outlaw" !

You can just buy a gift certificate and for the next hour and 13 minutes they are 10% off $45 for a $50 and $90 for $100. This is till midnight Central Standard time November 17. I know this is late notice but I just got home from work. Also from now till I think the end of November code "XMAS14" get you 5% off your order and you can stack this with the discounted gift certificate and save 15%.

Never mind they cancelled this 4 hours early to do system maintenance.
