capacity test
Does anyone know if this charge can also measure the REAL capacity of batterys ?

I'm pretty sure that this is like the Xtar VC4,inasmuch as it shows how many mAh has been applied to the battery during the charge. However, unlike the Xtar, it can't charge from flat, so you will not be able to know precisely what the total capacity of any battery is.
Disclaimer - this is one charger I've never owned, and only played with for a bit. As such, I'd wait to see if you get a consensus before basing any decisions on what might be askew data. I'm pretty sure I'm right, but don't feel I can give you a solid yay or nay.

I have one and it does what its supposed to do...charge my batts to full!
