Yes, you can modify, change R4.
Valid resistances are from 1.2k to 30k

30k ohms = 50mA

...

1.2K ohms = 1000mA

Can this chargers charge a 18650 with 10mA.?And can this chargers charge a 0 V 18650?they have a minimum voltage or a minimum current ouput?
