It is designed to charge one ,i use it ( bought from another website) to charge 2 in parallel , it takes forever but it works :)

So if i have a 7.4v or 2 cells in series i cant use this? Kinda defeats the purpose of having the input go as high as 8v would it not?

nono,definitey not for 2 batts in series the input is standard ~5V from miniusb

Ok im confused as to the input voltage clearly says its 4v-8v id have to research more on this.

5vdc USB mini input...regulates down to to the CC/CV charge pattern of Li Ion batteries using the TP4056 controller IC, you can change the regulated output current by changing the vprog resistor on pin 2

And you can build your own Li Ion single cell recharger

This board can be powered through the USB connector - Standard 5 volts
Or you can connect your INPUT power directly to the circuit board on the opposite end from the USB connector.
If you choose to connect your input this way, the input (to the board)can be a minimum of 4 volts to a maximum of 8 volts.
The output that charges a single cell will remain the same either way.
This is not designed to charge two cells in series, but as a previous reviewer stated, will charge more than one cell in parallel.

Well Sogseal if you search the internet under this name Mini 3 Digital LED DC 3-30V Blue Volt Voltage you will find it one tip try to serch for one with two wires + - its easy to connect.
