I understand that this kick will stop firing at ~ 3.0v. How many of you actually run the battery down that low. I do know that on an unregulated device the drop off is extremely fast after 3.6v. So although its safe on a regulated kick do you let it drop that low? I'm a chain vaper and get tired changing out the batteries every few hours.

guilty due to laziness.

if i'm vaping at 1.5ohms and above i'll put in the kick and forget about it

i've got the other kick which has 3.2V cut off

When I was younger I used to go skinny dipping. Now, all I can do is chunky dunking.

I run mine until there is no output and the atty is still performing OK, at that point. Haven't checked the open circuit voltage when it stops though. I'll try to remember to check tonight and add it in here.
My Vamo stops working at 3.1-3.2V, so I just assumed it would be close to that figure.

With AW an Efest Purple : most of the time I let them cut under 3V (sometimes ~2.6V)

That's not a pb if you use a good charger (Efest LUC, SODA, Nitecore...)

Yeah, I can't see any real problem in dipping below 3V for a short while, as long as the batteries aren't left in that depleted state. If they still supply useful power, then why not use 'em? ;-)

For us users of 18350s, every little bit helps.

I try not to but do on occasions. Charger says it's 2.93v when I put it to charge. Not ideal but no biggie.
