I'm waiting for 10 packages, all of them are stuck at HK post except my Novice.
But I don't have any 14500 batteries to go with my Novice, they are stuck at HK post :|

STAFF -- please find out what is going on with these shipments. Mine was orderd on Oct.1 , shipped Oct.17 ,and has been stuck at HK Post(Acceptance) since Oct.21.

@Joeydc the Novice does not use 14650 batteries, 14500 only.

Yes I find this weird also. Does make one wonder.......Mine is in that pile somewhere. It was accepted on 10/21/13 at HK. Losing hope for it as I have had another order pass it and arrive in the US.

@l1sane im in the same boat. ive had multiple orders pass this and arrive in the us. im also losing hope. wish the staff would stop avoiding us and tell us whats going on.

I am beginning to think that most of them are sitting at HK post awaiting pick up by Fasttech. 10/21 must have been a bad day. I think the staff is overwhelmed with all of the returns and unless you post your order number and request an update they aren't noticing. I figure that there are a lot of people who have been waiting a lot longer than me so I am just trying to be patient.
