Two 2.8 ohm coils on ego safe?
I an wondering if i could use this on my ego 1100 or my sfl 1100 with two 2.8 ohm coils so a total of
1.4 ohms. Would that be safe?
Thanks in advance guys

At 1.4 ohm you will be slightly above the battery rating ( unless its a ego twist and you can turn down the voltage). Most Ego's are 2.5Amp limited. 1.4 ohm @ 3.7V = 2.64Amp
I would worry about going any lower than 1.6ohm on an ego type battery, most are cheaply produced and it could be dangerous pushing the battery past its limit.

at 1.4 ohms you should be good to go on most egos.

You will notice that while taste/vapor etc is better that the battery does not last as long.
When I was younger I used to go skinny dipping. Now, all I can do is chunky dunking.

You should use single coil builds on eGo batteries, because the power is split between the coils. Dual coils are useful if your device outputs at least 20 Watts and eGo outputs about 8 Watts maximum.

Thanks,AuxLV. My ego-v2 mega set up with the V5 dripper is working more efficiently after using one coil. Learn't alot from this post.
