dual coil airholes??
attys that use dual coils need an airhole on each side for each coil. many rba's i've gotten here only have the hole/holes on one side forceing me to remove the 2nd prebuilt coil. in one pic there is a hint of an airhole on the right side as well as clearly visible ones on the left. what do you think? i already have 2 versions of the FT chimbus i don't want another unless its got the holes where they are needed.

Pull out your drill..... Add all the holes you need. You must know someone who can drill it for you.

The pictures clearly show 4 air holes, two on each side.

I wonder if my craft drill would work (hand crank). I gave away my dremel set a few years ago and haven't replaced it.

Crank drill will take some time ha and to david dont use the shitty wick and coil. Build better. And I would also recomend washing the shit out of all these china attys before use. I cant wait to get mine ive always wanted this hole scheme. Bought one of these before this and gave it cyclops vents with a dremel like the double cross. Low ohms, mass airflow and huge clouds!

+1 to washing these!

Confirm there are 4 airholes in 2 airhole pairs. They are tiny. Nanoscopic.
Need drilling.

I like airy draws and I didn't drill mine. Maybe it's a QC thing but I found that it provided plenty of air flow on my .5 ohm dual microcoil setup. You just have to get the coils lined up to the holes. I would ideally like to drill them out SLIGHTLY larger but I don't think I'm even going to bother because it's not bad at all.
