Those are the specs of the original.
This is a clone.

Top tube and botton are aluminium (not SS)
Middle tube is probably brass as the center pin.

Altough this mod may hit like a champ i advise that whatever you place on it (atomiser, cartomiser, whatever) don't remove it since the aluminium is soft and it will fail sooner than you expect.

Pay attention to SkeetS here he is quite correct about the 510 connection being made of "Soft" material always best to get a EGO/510 Adaptor like this >>> SKU 1284600 Screw it on & LEAVE IT ON ... the adaptor is made of Steel & will not Strip threads like the soft material the mod connector is made of !!!

@hellhound --I like your recommendation, and others have also said the same thing but the only problem I personally have with that is your Atomizers will then NOT sit flush which is a huge deal in my opinion. This would look like crap with that adaptor attached to it.

But you are both correct. I own both the mods, and I can honestly say stay away from RDA with this mod. OR get real good at re-wicking while it stays attached to this mod. Personally I'd recommend RBA's as they are easier to rebuild than an RDA attached to this. Although I will say an IGO-L does look nice on this mod as well as the Nimbus.

@ALL --Look at the LAST PICTURE FastTech snapped for this mod.. The one where the 510 connector is CLOSE UP and ENLARGED. You see all the BLACK SPEC's? That the aluminum breaking down from screwing in your 510 atomizers. The mod in the pic looks like it's been used.. I kinda found that pic a bit funny :D

It's not a clone, it's a look a like or a copy or what ever you wanna call it but not a true clone. They don't claim it's a clone either. As long it works the same as the original I don't care for some differences. And if I really, really, really like using it than maybe I could get the real deal.

@hellhound -- true, with the adapter the attys won't sit flash with the mod. That's the price we pay for not paying high price :-)

@Robert1 I doubt it works the same as the original. I wouldn't expect a mod this cheap to have silver-plated pins. Many of the best mechanicals (as far as voltage drop is concerned) have silver-plated pins.

Thanks, Skeet and Hellhound, very sound advice. I have the adapter and I'll use it for sure. Does it still have a floating pin? and is this one still made by Grand Vapor, since it has the name but not the logo? I am ordering this since it's an awesome price.

If I am not mistaken, these and a few other here clones of mechanical mods, atomizers, and drip tips are made by Hcigar.
They are a lot more affordable than the originals,
but one can not expect to obtain the quality and durability of the materials of the original ones.
Still, for the price, functionally they are most probably worth trying out imho.

18650 Battery is 65/67mm tall so allowing for the Spring / head & Connections I would "guesstimate" its about......75mm to 80mm tall

Dont forget to use a PROTECTED battery in this as it is a Mechanical mod with no built in protection itself......
