Finally here
Since I got the Sentinel, I've been waiting for this one. It should hit as good as the Sentinel being very similar in design. I also expect the 510 connector to be almost useless as it is on the Sentinel but will use EGO/510 adapter anyway. My plan is to stick a Kick in the Private so I can have pretty small 18650 mod. I'm bored of big mods like Vamo etc.

@Robert "I also expect the 510 connector to be almost useless as it is on the Sentinel but will use EGO/510 adapter anyway"

I am guessing the same. If it strips I plan to drill it out and press in a new brass connector.

Couldn't pass it up at this price... Also got in on the Kanger coils. 1.95 for 5 is a great deal!

Put some tape on side of kick that doesn't ground. It works. I would like to know more about press fitting a brass 510 connection. I keep same rda screwd in my aluminium connection ones til rebuild time, but wanna know how to replace. I love these gv clones, wanna make em last. This will be my third, still yet to order the brass version of sentinel, but plan to.

@pussboy

Do you mean the diameter is to large for the kick to ground to the side? If so soldering a small spring onto the kick ground should fix the problem (I would solder this to the PCB ground not the ball bearing on the clone). I don't find a need for a kick I just build my coils to get the watts I desire and change batteries when the device falls outside of my desired power generally around 3.6 volts (I hear it is better on the battery life not to drain it to the limits to often anyway). For those who use a kick I would imagine there are many ways to get it to ground on a over sized diameter tube. I would imagine even pushing a piece of rubber on the opposite side would force the ground to the tube. Puddle silver solder on the side of the tube and line the ground to the build up.

If FatTech ever offers a kick at a great price I will surely have to get one to toy with.

...can get a kick-clone just under 20 bucks. Heard a kick-2 is releasing soon, interesting! (tho I'd never pay $50+ for one, sry Evolv) :)

If this is too wide in diameter for a kick, would it also be to wide for a battery fuse?

Have you looked at the Kamry Kick? I saw it in the US for about $4-5.

@Vapor: I have a k101 that I can't attach the SM20 Empire atomizer, and that is made to fit the k100. It will not screw down at all, it's too loose. But the atomizer fits my eGo battery. I thought maybe the post of the atomizer was too small. How do you rethread the connector, or replace it? I think that might solve my issue.

Oh, and I googled this mod and found their facebook page. Their mods are good quality. I am surprised that no one has mentioned the threading problem on their page.
