Center pin
Should the center pin have a hole drilled all the way through it?

Isn't that how the air gets to the hole under the coil?

That's what I thought. Just got mine from fasttech today and it wasn't drilled all thaw way through.

My oddy and every other tank I own has it. Figured it might have been some new design.

+1 details
The air flow does not go through the center pin, there is a slot on the bottom portion of the atty (see 7th pic) & it also has an air flow ring.

Eerhm, yes the air is supposed to go through the center post to reach the coil :)
The slots in the bottom pin are for getting air from the side at the airflow ring.

I fixed the problem. I looked into it and it is supposed to go through. So I drilled it the rest of the way out. It works great.

The air comes in first through the slot under the air control ring, then passes down to the connector around the outside of the center pin, then from the connector it goes up through the center pin (this is why there is a slot in the brass extension on the center pin, to allow the air to get in)

But whatever works, that all that matters I reckon. Just trying to help.
Good luck pal & happy vapin!

I have a different problem, after 24 hours working nice it starts licking from the bottom of the central pin. This pin is not straight and maybe the o ring just can't close the gap... Anyone ?

Have you fixed the leak? If not, make sure when you lock things in, the small rubber o-ring is blocking the hole. This would be the o-ring around the center pin where you put the wires.
