I make my own single coil at 2ohms and it works great, if you want to use 2 coils you need to buy or make double the resistance you like, example: if you need a 1.5 ohm then make 2 coils of 3 ohms. or if you want 2 ohms then make 2 coils of 4 ohms, personaly, 1 coil and 1 silica wick on top makes for a good moist vape !

+1 details
Ithaka requires coils made from non resistance/resistance/non resistance wire. It will also require ready wires to be of a reasonable length with this combination of wires.

Dual coils, if you require 2 ohms at the end of build you would need to make 2 coils at 4 ohms as the resistance is halved when they are run in parallel.

I'm not a veteran but after doing some research I believe the resistance is not halved the current is double. If you are planing to do a dual coil calculate coils separately ( coils should be identical).
Like if you want to vape at 7w. Do coils that are equal to 7w and calculate the current and multiply it with 2 and check your battery if it is capable to handle that current.
Please correct me if I'm wrong

According to the resistance meters, the resistance is halved. Two 2 ohm ready wires will put you at about 1 ohm You'll have to make your own wires, or just us a single coil set-up to achieve 2 ohms.....
