I sent a support ticket, and they have not responded as well. I presume its because of the weekend. Hopefully they will get back to us tomorrow.

Have you replied to or added to your ticket?

Tickets can take anywhere from 24 to 48hrs to answer weekends and holidays longer. If you add/reply to a ticket before they have answer you your ticket will be reset and sent to the bottom of the queue

Should be ok the 2 day ticket should be answered soon.

Just dont add any more replies to any of the tickets you already have open and you should be ok. ;)

Your new tickets will not affect the answer time on your 2 day ticket witch should be answered soon as it was just the weekend and they were not working.
