This problem is caused by over-tightening the drip tip. Over-tightening the drip tip can also lead eventually to the atty becoming slightly loose due to friction when undoing an over-tightened drip tip thus causing leaks.

I agree, it's due to over-tightening and also to the heat. Other CE4/CE5 have the same issue. But even with this issue the iClear16 remains the best clearomizer on the market in my opinion.

I use SKU: 1473509 and a 510 drip tip. The adapter keeps the drip tip from getting to warm if you chain vape and no glued threads to break loose.

One of the ones I got with my MVP does that when juice gets under the thread ring. Drying it off every time I refill helps.
