Keeps shutting off when I screw tank on
So I just got my new innokin itaste svd starter kit which comes with two iclear 30 atomizers and the mod itself. Well I set up the mod I'm using an 18650 4000 mAh 3.7v li-ion battery and all is good. I put it in power mode or adjustable wattage mode and running at 10 and without the atomizer on if I click the fire button it turns on green as it should when fired. But as soon as I screw on the atomizer and try to fire the button flickers green and then the whole mod turns off and will not turn back on unless I remove the atomizer and then remove the battery, put it back in, and then it turns back on.... . I looked into replacing the o ring and I took it out and cleaned it. But it's new out of box and hasn't even been fired yet so everything looks fine. I know my batteries are fully charged as I went through three different kinds of 18650's with the same response on all three. Is it a faulty mod or should I look into replacing the o ring??? I'm new to vaping so any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks!

What happens if you drop the VW down to 7 and try to fire it?

Open a ticket. It sounds like you received a bad one. It sucks, but it happens.

Sounds like the Atomizer that you are using is shorting out?
try another if you have.

PS don`t screw them on too tight.
