Wors't service ever
Hi to all.
I have both one of these in fasttech.
My order was posted on 2014/02/23.
An they said that will ship on 2014/03/05 and the ETA was 2014/03/13, not bad untill now.
They created the tracking number on 2014/03/06, could be better but not the worst problem in the world.
Today is 2014/03/17 and the posting service sai that they didn't physical receipt the package.
I try to open a ticket but the answar take to long.
Any one had the same problem?
Fasttech has grate prices, but with all this problems i don't know if i will by from them again!

What shipping company was used? What's your tracking number? Best to use 17track.net, quantium solutions (for Singapore post) or trackitonline.ru. If using Singapore post they seem to be pretty slow at the moment compared to other shippers. I wouldn't expect your parcel until next month depending on where you're from, that's the average time it takes after leaving Fasttech

They said 10 to 14 days! Why are you telling me a month? By the best it will arrive at 21 and worst 27
Tha company is singpost! And i'm sorri but i'm not telling the tracking number.
All the 3 sites said the same!

10-14 days in Transit, that's 10-14 days after it says despatched to overseas. A month for things to arrive from China is normal, sometimes it can be quicker. The quickest I have recieved anything from here is 14 days via China post and the longest was 35 days via Singapore post. I usually get my parcels 17-25 days after they have left Fasttech (to the UK)

I have only had two parcels from fasttech first one was 11 days second was 33 days thats to the UK DazJaz

Who was the courier that delivered in 11 days? I've placed over 50 orders and have never had one that quick, can't complain about about receiving things in 2-3 weeks when they're coming from the other side of the world though

Relax... first off tracking updates are rarely updated, especially during the weekend. Singapore post is very slow, do you have batteries and/or liquids in there too? Remember once your order is shipped, it is in the hands of the shipping company. FastTech cannot speed up or slow down your order... if you want to complain, complain about the shipping company, customs, etc... not FastTech.

jpfelgueiras, sorry about this. The item was advertised as ships in 7 business days and scheduled shipping date on 5th March. The order was shipped on 6th March via Singapore post.
FastTech mark the order as shipped when the shipper picks up the package in our warehouse. The shipper is Quantium solution in this case. You can find that they have scanned acceptance on 7th March. They will ship the item to Singapore post.
Please kindly note that the package is originated from Hong Kong. We will contact Quantium solution to speed up.
