I use 50/50 too, and sometimes if using stock wicks I need to leave all (2-3) of the flavor wicks in or it leaks or gurgles.

That thread converted me to makeup rounds, I love them now! Keep in mind no matter what you use it's going to expand too after it soaks for a while, so you'll need to play around until you find the perfect amount so it's not too tight on the coil or too loose. It's normally much less than you'd expect.

Sorry, I'm not sure which is better on those posts, both types work fine/same to me.

So you'll have to wait for more info on that aspect from another member, I'm sure a few users will chime in to help

Well be sure to come back, I'm sure someone will chime in with more info for you on the short/long posts.

I know some only work in certain tanks, and even on the evods sold here some only take short or long. I got two of different colors, and they both came with one type of each, and you can't really switch them around because the inner post that the head post goes into is shorter on one than the other so it wouldn't seal up properly. Same applies with Protank and other Evods as well I'm sure, if that gasket at the barrel isn't sealing up with the post it's going to gurgle and leak or both

Cotton I was speaking of is similar to sewing cotton to give you the size. Any cotton you buy should be boiled before using to take out anything that is in the thread. 20 mins boil then let dry before using. Some use cotton q tips, candle wicks or crochet cotton. Really anything you think of that is natural, is ok. I am going to try hemp next ;)
