Stolen by fasttech
Hi, I bought this item and power button was broken. I send back to Fasttech and package was lost. Fasttech told me that it was`t their problem. I buy broken item and don`t get back my money, I`was stolen by Fasttech. Be careful all of you with your buys, we don´t have any kind of guarante, I´m very very disgusted with fasttech, they sold electronic garbage, and don`t answer for that.

Anything with value you should send back with tracking to avoid this. Because it was you who posted it back to them it is you who must open a case with whoever the shipping company is. Good luck

Same as fastech refunds if they send the item and its lost, since you sent it and its lost its your problem not theirs.

I send back with tracking. If they sell quality items they didn`t broke, so I shouldn`t back them. They can`t sold wrong items and forget the return.

I know, my local post office makes control about what`s happen. But what can I do now? FT told me cheapest way to back(without insured)and sold me wrong item, I back because it was wrong, don`t forget that, and it missing. So, I recieved wrong item and I don`t have money or item. FT not to blame?????

chrisscarr In my experience it is very rare for packages with tracking to get hoplesly lost. I would not loose my mind, im sure the post office will find it wherever it went as all the internatinal post shipping is connected and as soon as it gets scaned anywhere it will show up in tracking even if it is lost to some other country or stuck somewhere.
