I would like to connect a C2540 BLE module to a Multiwii Pro which uses a Atmega 2560 cpu. My understanding is that the C2540 should at least advertise itself if VCC3.3v and GND are connected. I will be wiring up the module directly for serial communications to a Multiwii configuration app.
I am going to assume VCC, GND, and TX/RX are all that are needed. Does BLE have other requirements?

Thank you for the links to the files. Unfortunately, HM Bluetooth PCB Library just opens a new duplicate page. If you have PCB file that would be great.

Update for the HM-10 module documentation, which appears to be very complete.
Beware, the jnhuamao.cn sites are blacklisted as attack sites.
http://www.jnhuamao.cn/bluetooth40_en.zip
or
http://www.huamaosoft.com/bluetooth40_en.zip
The website lists an HM-10S and an HM-10C but nowhere does it explain the difference and the documentation link for both is the same zip file.
