Hi I just received this 2 batteries but unfortunately they don't fit into the device I intended to use.
It is a power bank from ebay "Power Bank BOX Backup External Battery Charger 18650"

These are "protected" cells, which makes them a few mm longer than unprotected cells. These are also some of the longest 18650 cells I've ever seen.

If your power bank has over-charge/over-discharge circuitry built in, you'll need to buy unprotected cells, which are normally very close to 65 mm.
I just need one more flashlight. Just one. Honestly. :D

Product spec says 70.3mm, which is 5.3mm longer than 18650. You need to either get unprotected cells or remove the protection boards from the ones you've already purchased. When removing, be mindful of the positive lead. Snip it and pull it away from the cell to avoid shorts during the process.
Rube Goldberg would get a kick out of "temperature control" devices.
