Yay, let's all jump aboard the ignorance train to blissville!

Seriously, why bother spreading misinformation like this? As both a charger and a USB power supply these things work flawlessly. They've got plenty of built in protections as well.

In terms of the quality of the device, the capabilities it offers, and the price it sells for, this thing is a steal. Even just as a single slot charger it's a good quality device for a good price, and similarly as a USB power supply it's also a great deal.

So to answer you jesus_2.0, yes, this will absolutely charge a VTC5 correctly.

+1 details
just my opinion! batteries can be bloody dangerous real quick, cheap stuff is made.... cheap
not saying it wont charge it, but id rather have a guarantee when charging a non protected battery.

Dont forget a charging bag if ya do decide to get one... dont say i didnt warn ya lol

@jesus_2.0, technically, this works. With batteries for mods, my preference is to charge them from a dedicated mains charger rather than from a usb port on an expensive laptop (just in case) as per @Warrick

What I like about this item is that I an insert an 18650 and use the item as a power supply to charge a phone etc while out and about.
When I was younger I used to go skinny dipping. Now, all I can do is chunky dunking.

I use the 101 to charge my VTC4s and have no issues, although I do NOT use a USB port on a laptop. I use a USB mains charger from an old mobile. Never had any issues with it, batteries don't get hot and seem to charge fully every time :)
I never asked for this

Review of Charger ML-102 - Lygte Info

No informations at the moment for the D2/D4

For a travel charger I would buy a ML-102 (compact), but as a good charger, my head is for Nitecore (for those available on FT)
