Great
charger and powerbankPROS
compact has powerbank functionality fast enough charging
Build quality is good (Version5), charger works fine. w/o problems charging
unprotected Sanyo 2600mAh, but only to 4.14V. Also lower limit cutoff is near 3.2V.Its not a big problem, but it would be better to use all li-ion battery possible voltage limits(4.2V-3V). Anyway, this just longer batteries life.
Found on this page:
5th review on page 2 (click here)The reviewer says it only charges to 4.14volts but other reviewers state it is correct at 4.2v. So either they got a charger that has a lower cutoff or their multimeter may be off. Most clearly state 4.2volts.
It is also a power-bank as well as a charger.
