Low voltage protection
Battery protection is at 2.7-2.8V.
Nanjg 105c has it at 3V

Is there some visual feedback when battery Voltage is reaching low voltage protection?

I have a light that uses this driver, and when I use a partially-charged battery and put the light into high mode, it stays bright for ~3 seconds, then lowers the brightness, then starts blinking about once per second.

I'm assuming that this is the low battery protection?
