Lyubo, You can solder the 7135 chip to the other side. If not - then just change the microcontroller.
I have not yet received these microcontrollers from ebay.
I think they are the same size as in this driver (SOP & SOIC).
I also use usbasp and programmed using AVRDUDE

Looks like I will replace the microcontroller, I just hope to get working chips this time.

This is the datasheet of tiny13a:
http://www.atmel.com/Images/doc8126.pdf
Check page 162:

ATtiny13A-SU -> 8-lead, 0.209" Wide, Plastic Small Outline Package (EIAJ SOIC)
ATtiny13A-SSU -> 8-lead, 0.150" Wide, Plastic Gull-Wing Small Outline (JEDEC SOIC)

You need chips with "SSU" marking. Look at third picture, the tracks under the chip are just right and you may be unable to fit wider chip. Also check fasttech SKU 1122302: it has longer track, maybe it will fit chips with "SU" marking.
Please let us know the results when you receive your tinys.

It is necessary to update the firmware in USBASP v2 to the latest from the site http://www.fischl.de/usbasp/
With this firmware usbasp.2011-05-28.tar.gz was able to flash microcontroller in a slow mode (jumper needed)

I'm update to the NLite http://drjones.nerdcamp.net/#nlite

"invalid device signature" When trying to flash.
