Can this handle the voltage of 4 AA eneloop batteries in series?

+1 details
Details:

Constant current
Each AMC7135 regulator provides 350mA
Reverse polarity protection
Low input voltage warning: blinks once per second when voltage drops below 2.9V to 3V
Perfect for use with 1 lithium battery or 3 AA/AAA batteries
Works with Cree R5 T4 T5 T6 U2 MCE, and other similar LEDs
PCB height: 1.2mm
PCB height (including components): 1.8mm
Power (Vdd) spring height: 3mm

Mode groups:

Selected by connecting one of the four stars to ground (the golden rim of the PCB)
Rotate the four stars to the bottom of the PCB:
Connect the 2nd star from the left to ground: 3-mode: Lo (5%) > Hi (100%) > Strobe
Connect the 3rd star from the left to ground: 3-mode: Lo (5%) > Mid (30%) > Hi (100%)
Connect the 4th star from the left to ground: 2-mode: Lo (10%) > Hi (100%)
Default (shorting no star): 5-mode: Lo (5%) > Mid (30%) > Hi (100%) > Strobe > SOS

Well, NiMH batteries you can perfectly use 4 in series.
The 7135 has a maximum voltage of 6 Volts, so new fresh alkalines may be just too much..

ATTiny13 has maximum voltage of 5.5V. So I'd say yes for nimh batteries.

Four freshly-charged AA eneloop batteries would be about 5.4 to 5.6 volts. When driving a 3.5-volt-Vf LED, this would increase the drop in the 7135s to 2 volts from 1 volt, doubling the power dissipation. So, at least until the battery voltage sags (which shouldn't take long), the current-regulator chips will run hotter.
