Yes, It could charge any 3.7V lithium or 1.2V Ni-MH battery with diameter of 10mm - 26mm (10440 - 26650)
and 33.5mm - 70.4mm length (17335 - Maximum Supported Battery Length )

The longest cell I own is a protected Sanyo UR18650ZT I purchased from Fasttech. It is 69.94mm according to my digital caliper. It fits in my Intellicharger i4 with no problems. It is a snug fit, but not what I would call tight.

Info on page says supports batteries up to 70 point something.
