Instruction manual? help!
Hi,

Just got my TR-001 Charger, kinda confused with it..

1. Tried charging a used battery - led indicator is green
2. Use the battery further and charge it - led indicator is red
3. Charged another battery - charged 12 hours ago unused. led indicator is Orange

***Battery - unprotected 18650 Effest 2000MAH

Anyone can share what's the exact led indicator that I should get for Charging and Fully charged?

Want to make sure the charger is working properly.

Much appreciated.

They are sold over the net with no instructions . I don't own one as I use the nitecore

But this is what I found on a Google search:

TrustFire TR-001 Dual Battery Charger

Specifications:
Input 1 for AC charging: 100-240V
Input 2 for Car charging : 12V 500mA
Output: 4.2V 500mA

Instructions:
1) Please input the battery postive and negative cells rightly in the slot
2) Plug the AC plug or Car plug the AC plug or Car charging adapter. The LED indicator turn red.
3) When the LED indicator turns from red to green, the battery is fully charged.
4) Finally, remember cut off the electricity supply before you take out the batteries from the slot.

Note: *The charger can charge ONLY the rechargeable li-ion battery. Please do NOT charge any other batteries

+1 details
A post I found about how much ma and how long it might take:

The charger is capable of 500mA output/2 or 250mAper side. Yup its going to take a while to charge pairs. Charge them as singles and you are looking at about 8hrs per. As the battery charges up, the output from the charger decreases. The TR001 is one of the worse chargers out there.

The higher the mah on your batteries the longer it will take.

SKU 1119500 is a much better charger

@viking65

Thanks for the quick updates =D

Anyway just did my 1st charging for all 3 types of batteries 18650,18500 and 18350 took less than 3 hours to charge all =) not sure if its fully charged by led have turned green.

Will use it for a few more days.. so far it seems like it is doing what it is suppose to do.

Thanks for the heads up on SKU 1119500 - Nitecore charger will get myself one of those if this fails me.

Once again thanks =)
