Yes, this charger supports 3.7V lithium ion 18350 batteries.
3.7V is the nominal voltage of the battery. It still charges up to 4.2V. Fwiw, this charger in particular overcharges a little to 4.21V-4.24V.

i have purchased this charger and it will charge all battery's 18??? for all mods has selectable voltage switch on side, its quite a fast charger as well , and will take x2 18350 side by side as it has slider to suit different batt lengths
