no this just a high cap battery for regulated mods and flashlight, most likely 2C / 5.6amps max.
sub ohm make sure the battery states it can handle over 10 amps minimum - if it doesn't give it rating don't buy it and don't ask for it. there is a sony 30amp battery here if available.
Make it idiot proof and someone will make a better idiot

That thread was from 2013.. not the most up to date battery information unfortunately.
Seems that Sony VTC 4/5, Samsung 25r, and some LG HE2 batteries are the best recommended options for mainstream batteries at the moment.
