I am still waiting on a reply from your team I have been calling but no one answers this is really bad customer service, I just need a letter for my bank assuring them that it in fact was a "temporary glitch" on y website. Please contact me in any way possible, thank you.
I don't want to have to take legal actions, I haven't even cancelled my real one order, I just need a refund for the false charge, the 2nd order doesn't even show up on your site. That was my 6th message to these guys.
