Drop shipping is a supply chain management technique in which you do not keep goods in stock, but instead transfer customer orders and shipping instructions to FastTech. We then ships your orders directly to your customers.
What are the advantages?
You minimize your expenses and thus maximum your profits by avoiding your own warehouse and avoiding to hire labors for packing and shipping. FastTech features a state of the art shipping system which allows merchant customers to take full control of shipping labels and packing lists. For example, you can upload your own logo for printing on shipping labels on the fly. There is no wait time -- all shipping customizations are made live.
Will my customers find out about FastTech?
Drop shipping packages bear absolutely no reference to FastTech. We recommend you to place trial orders and ship them to yourself to confirm this.
Who handles customer service?
FastTech does not get in contact with your customers. You should ask your customers to contact you directly instead of FastTech. For questions that you are unable to answer, you can contact FastTech and relay our responses back to your customers.
How much does this service cost?
FastTech drop shipping services are absolutely free. You only pay for what you order.
How do I pay for drop shipping orders?
Payment is accepted securely via PayPal, just like regular retail orders. A payment PayPal link is presented to you upon submission of orders.
Does the drop shipping service support multiple shipping methods?
FastTech's drop shipping service supports the following shipping methods:
Is shipping free?
- STANDARD: USPS First-Class (for US addresses), registered airmail (for all other destinations)
- EXPRESS: Speedpost Global Express (see supported destinations)
Standard shipping (USPS or registered airmail) is FREE for orders $15 or more. Otherwise, a small shipping upgrade fee is assessed. This upgrade fee is exactly the same as that displayed during the checkout stage of regular retail FastTech orders.
Express shipping charges are calculated on a per order and per destination basis. These are displayed when you upload your Excel spreadsheet, before submitting payment.
Will my orders get tracking numbers?
Yes, all drop shipping orders are assigned live shipping tracking numbers.
How do I track orders?
You can see a list of all your placed orders and their individual shipping status and tracking numbers, in the FastTech Merchant's Center.
What if I made a mistake in my spreadsheet?
If you have not submitted payment, just cancel the batch, make necessary corrections to your file, and upload again. If you have already submitted payment, you may cancel individual orders for a refund, and re-upload them.
Can I cancel orders?
Yes, order can be cancelled at anytime before they are shipped. After orders are shipped, there is no way to cancel them from shipping because they have physically left our hands.
Does FastTech guarantees and warranties apply?
Yes, normal guarantees and warranties apply to all orders.
How are refunds handled?
All refunds are issued as credits for future shipments.
