Yet another chinese $2 "high-tech" mechanical battery compartment?

What's so hot about these really? Honest question so shoot me if me marbles are lost.

What's better about these straight shooters than those having a $1 circuit board smarts?

A newbie needs a lesson I suppose...

Cheers,

If you want to build low ohm coils the budget VV/VWs won't power them. Plus, more importantly, they look cool.

@Yad
The Nzonic V5 is a high end mechanical mod from the Philippines that has an actual magnetic switch. The Magneto and the Wooliston is a clone of the Nzonic.

Too many restrictions on vw/vv devices don't get me wrong they're good for what they do..... but shit like ten second vaping cut off winds me up i can choose how long to take a toke myself...also vv devices are pretty big with the control head my kmax in 18350 mode is the same size as my magneto in 18650 mode so they're not very stealth like....also electrics fail sooner or later aswell sure they're safe but some people like to live dangerously

@Mawsley, PinoyBoy & smokeLair,

Well explained, mates.

Seems that the Philippines has a vibrant culture also what comes to designing v-devices.

Why am I surprised that the chinese are even cloning what must be fairly moderate volume pinoy designs... The originals must cost a premium then or not be internationally available?

I found some basic education about pinoy mods here.

For those outside the Philippines, buying Pinoy mech mods can be expensive. The mech mods themselves are almost $200, combine that with international shipping which can cost $30-50 and that thing is now expensive. The Sentinel, PV2, and M16 aren't even rare. Like you said, they are produced in a fairly moderate amount. IMO it isn't worth it. Its just a metal tube with extra ridges and bumps.

I just like magnetic switches ..and love the look of this animal.... personally.. I do agree it wouldn't be worth buying this from the phillipys but I reckon most if not all mechanicals are well overpriced for what they are hence why I wondered will fast tech be getting this because the Chinese love em or hate em - do put a fair price on stuff.... guitars are the same, i own a couple of Chinese guitars they cost next to nothing but the build quality is second to none and the price is how it should be when you take away all the extra ca$h we pay to keep the lik3s of david (the prick) cameron in his italian handmade suits ,having luxury holidays and driving about in his rolls royces...nah if this one comes on around £20 i'll be aving one.....

I'd like to know if this Nzonic has all the wobble the Magneto/Wooliston have when extended into 500 & 650 mode before considering it...but from the pics on Baba it does 'look' tasty. It does seem different in that they say it can take a kick, I wonder if that's in 650 mode too?
