Patriot vs Igo w?
How do these compare to the Igo W's in person?

I am just waiting for the Igo W4's to show up here!=] (or something equivalent)...

Sadly, I think this one is pretty close to a W. To be honest, I think the Igo and Patriot clones on FT use the same base and just change the top cap. Both have single air hole as well. So go with the one you like the look of best.

I've tried my buddy's (real) patriot, and was happier with my W. The real one is 22mm diameter, and iirc a bit taller. The problem, is that the big volume drops a lot of flavor and the airflow is not so great with the single large hole.

The advantage of the patriot is supposed to be the large volume, which this doesn't have, and volume doesn't equate to flow anyways. The Igo has 2 air holes which can be positioned next to the coils, and the real ones are cheap enough to buy 3 and bore each differently for different builds, and still spend less than half the patriot.

with dual coil, IGO-W is better choice.

+1 details
The real IGO-W has post holes. Looking at the pictures for the FT ones, it appears that SKU 1553601 does, but not SKU 1431800 .

aesop is correct;) SKU 1431800 has no holes its a top wrap around post, which i find less fiddly than the tiny holes ,

I actually have been liking the holes better than a top wrap style. Less room for it to move around when you tighten it down, also its faster to hook something up, just poke the leads through and clamp down instead of wrapping each lead...
idk, but thanks for pointing that out Aesop!
